following formats: blueprint (paper), mylar and digital. HCDPU has received the mylar copy
only and the other copies must be submitted to HCDPU before the final plat will be approved
for recording.
The Developer must provide HCDPU with a cost statement indicating the total cost of the water
system improvements installed to serve the Carolina Seasons - Phase 2 Section 2 subdivision.
The Utility Contractor must complete all punch list items from the HCDPU final inspection on
water system installed to serve the Carolina Seasons - Phase 2 Section 2 subdivision.
