following formats: blueprint (paper), mylar and digital. HCDPU has received only one blueprint
(paper) copy and Sheet S-5 contains lots 191 -196 that are not shown on the final plat to be
approved for recording.
The Developer must provide HCDPU with a cost statement indicating the total cost of the water
system improvements installed to serve the Carolina Seasons - Phase 2 Section 1 subdivision.
The Utility Contractor must complete all punch list items from the HCDPU final inspection on
water system installed to serve the Carolina Seasons - Phase 2 Section 1 subdivision.
