Jay & Landon,
Public Utilities has received the As-Built Record Drawings and the PE certification for the water lines installed
to serve both Carolina Seasons Phase 2 Section 1 and Section 2. The developer has not provided the cost
statements for the water system improvements and Public Utilities cannot release the conditional approval for
recording the final plats until these cost statements have been received.
Per the request from Patricia at Enoch Engineers, I am updating the DRB staff that the final engineering
documents have been received but, Public Utilities is still waiting on the developer to provide the cost
statements. Once the cost statements have been received then I will notify your office so that the final plats for
these two subdivisions can be released for recording. If you have any questions then let me know.
