The above preliminary plat has been forwarded to Harnett County Public Utilities, Harnett
County E-911, Harnett County Board of Education, Harnett County Health Department, Harnett
County Fire Marshal, NC Department of Transportation, and NC Environment and Natural
Resources for review and comments.
Harnett County E-911 has not approved road names. At the time of this report they were
awaiting new road names from the developer.
NC DOT has required that the developer apply for a driveway permit, 25 ft. right-of-way
radius at all intersections, and that all lots be served internally.
