To Whom It May Concern:
After receiving a cost estimate of $75,000 of work left to be done by Highland Paving
on Bond 1 # B98815018040 (totaling $909,750) and multiplying that by 1.25 %
comes to a total of $93,750.00. The Harnett County Planning Department is allowing
a bond reduction of $816,000 on the bond referenced above as of October 7, 2008.
The two bonds combined together now should equal $1,011,000.00 (Bond # 1 =
$93,750.00 + Bond #2 = $917,250.00). Please send us something in writing showing
the bond has been reduced and the existing bond is still good for the $93, 750.00.
