The utility contractor has completed the construction of the water main in accordance with the approved plans. Harnett County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) has inspected and tested the six (6") inch and two (2") inch water lines along Jenna Lane that were installed to serve the Tilghman Ridge Subdivision. These water lines should be able to adequately serve this project. Sewer Public sewer is not available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: Septic Tanks must be properly sized and installed on each residential building lot to handle the wastewater disposal as HCDPU does not have county sewer available within close proximity of this development. The septic tanks and associated drain fields for each residential lot must be approved by The Harnett County Environmental Health Department.
