GRASS OR MULCH SHALL COVER THE REMAINDER OF THE BUFFER. An established strip of grass
and the addition of a few more trees between the exisitng trees may resolve these issues. Or, a
surety performance bond can be submitted. This should be made payable to Harnett County and
equal to the amount of 1.25 times the entire cost, as estimated by the owner/ developer and
approved by the County.
