The site plan that was submitted for the Walnut Grove SD, has been reviewed. Below
you will fine the changes to be made to the site plan to be compliance with the N.C Fire
Prevention Code and the County Ordinances.
Ingress is approved pending the clearance between the median and the shoulder is
20’. The median to be recessed off Lassiter Rd, or the street at Lassiter Rd be
beveled out.
Egress is approved as drawn
Vertical clearance to comply with IFC of 13’ 6”
Fire access road width approved
Utilities not approved, will co-review utility construction documents with Tim
Payseur, HCPU
