All inspections have been finished and the utility  contractor installed the water line and services according to the NCDENR & HCDPU approved plans. The PE has submitted the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certifications for the water system. The contractor provided HCDPU with a Cost Statement for the water system improvements. HCDPU approval of the utilities is contingent upon the Fire Marshal’s approval of the fire  hydrant locations.
