The applicant, Bennett Surveys, Inc., is requesting approval for Westerfield Farms
Preliminary Subdivision Plat. The proposed subdivision is a 68 lot single family
residential development. The property will be developed in one Phase. As noted above
the property is located in Flood Plain Zones A & AE, this includes lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
16, 62, 61, & 60. All lots located within the designated Flood Zones will be required to
submit a Flood Elevation Certificate when applying for a building permit. In addition all
lots located in the flood zones will need to be noted on the final plat.
