Contact at (910)433-3300. The Developer must hire a Professional Engineer (P.E.) to  Public Utilities (910)893-7575: design the water and sewer utilities that will serve this subdivision. The water and sewer utilities must be approved by HCDPU and NCDENR in accordance with the established approval process. Provide HCDPU with Master development Plan if additional  phases are planned for this subdivision. Water line must be extended off the 8" water main on Buffalo  Lakes Road (SR 1115).
