Woodridge Subdivision
Mr. Chairman- Woodridge is located on N.C. Highway 24-27, in an RA-20R
zoning district in the Johnsonville Township.
The property is owned by Chong & Wayne Bishop and Samuel & Leasa Watson.
Marziano & Minier surveyed the property.
The subdivision encompasses 43.80 acres. There are 61 proposed lots. The
minimum lot size is 15,000 sq. ft. and the minimum lot width is 80 ft. Hannah Lori
Drive, Stovall Terrace and Athens Lane have a 50 r/w and are to be publicly
dedicated. All lots will be served by individual septic systems and a 10” waterline
is available to the site via N.C. 24-27.
