DEVELOPMENT DISSCUSSION POINTS  Preliminary approval for the preceding phases has been granted. INTERCONNECTIVITY Where, in the opinion of the Planning Board it is necessary to provide for access to an adjoining property, proposed streets shall be extended by dedication to the boundary of such property.
