The project is a proposed 104 acre residential development for single family homes. The project will be developed in two phases 49 lots in phase 4 and 78 lots in phase 5. In accordance with Article VII, Section 7.1 of the Harnett County Subdivision Ordinance the Planning Board may approve subdivision plats which vary from the design standards and improvements.
