In a case like this (a portion of lots in the county) we would asked that they submit it into Wake County Planning as an exempt review (application, 3 paper copies and $100 fee), which
takes approximately 15-20 working days.

AM Subject: Major Subdivision in Harnett/Wake Counties
Hello all,
We have a subdivision in Harnett County that was submitted for preliminary review recently. There are eight lots in the subject subdivision that are actually in Wake County’s jurisdiction
as well. Please advise if there is anything the developer, surveyor, and/or planning staff needs to do to satisfy your requirements.
