Per Robbie Bradford, they have not yet gotten anything on the ground. He talked with the Army Corp. in the fall
and they are currently still reviewing the plans. I advised him of the upcoming text amendment, and the possibility
of it applying to him. He said he will wait to see what happens with it, instead of immediately reapplying for
preliminary approval because of the rec fees. I also advised him that if the text amendment were to apply to him, he
would need to get phase in prior to September of this year.
