PU-SR-01 The Developer or Utility Contractor must provide HCDPU with a Cost Statement that describes  the cost of the water lines installed to serve this subdivision. The Final Plat may not be released for approval until the items above have been completed.  Meters cannot be released to this subdivision until HCDPU receives the Final Approval from  NCDENR-DEH,PWSS on the water lines installed to serve this subdivision.
