The Developer must give HCDPU a one (1) year warranty on the water lines beginning upon the  Final Approval from NCDENR-DEH,PWSS and Final Acceptance by HCDPU.  Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2) business days. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait, as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance. If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Friday following the meeting the application was put on hold. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options. Public Utilities (910)893-7575: An 8” water line exists  Hold: The PE submitted 3 paper copies of the As- Built Record  Drawings for the water lines that will serve this subdivision and the As- Built Record Drawings should be submitted in digital format and on mylar as well. The As- Built Record Drawings submitted to HCDPU do not  accurately reflect conditions on site and the As- Built Record Drawings must be revised and re-submitted to HCDPU in paper, mylar and digital formats. The PE must submit a Certification that the water lines were  installed in accordance with the NCDENR-DEH,PWSS approved plans. The Utility Contractor must schedule a Final Inspection with  the HCDPU Utility Construction Inspector and repair or replace any items noted in the punch list if necessary before Final Acceptance by HCDPU. The Developer or Utility Contractor must provide HCDPU with  a Cost Statement that describes the cost of the water lines installed to serve this subdivision. The Final Plat may not be released for approval until the  items above have been completed. Meters cannot be released to this subdivision until HCDPU  receives the Final Approval from NCDENR-DEH,PWSS on the water lines installed to serve this subdivision.
