SHORT TERM CONDITIONS, COMMENTS, OR JUSTIFICATIONS The following conditions are to be rectified prior to obtaining DRB signature and are subject to change during the course of the meeting. Fire Marshal (910)893-7580: All Lots (houses) shall be required to install a residential fire  Conditionally Approve: sprinkler system as to the agreement between the Owner/Developer and the Fire Marshal's Office E911/Addressing (910)814-2038: Approve: Show correct Pin #'s  Planning Department (910)893-7525: Minimum frontage note should be changed to 100'  Conditionally Approve: Show land use classification  Show bearings and distances for all boundaries of tract  Show building envelope  Show Cul De Sac diameter  Are there existing structures on site?  The existing easement to the Womble property must be  Public Utilities (910)893-7575: maintained and clearly depicted in the utility plans by the Conditionally Approve: Professional Engineer (P.E.) The Harnett County Fire Marshal must provide a written  variance to the fire hydrant requirements for major subdivisions and the developer must provide a copy of said variance to Harnett County Department of Public Utilities to approve the proposed utility plans. Environmental Health (910)893-7547: Approve: LONG RANGE CONDITIONS The following conditions must be satisfied Must meet all requirements set forth by NC DENR. Contact at (910)433-3300. The propsed utility plans must include RPZ's for backflow  Public Utilities (910)893-7575: protection on the water supply lines to the fire sprinkler systems. The developer must follow the approved process for the  approval of the propsed water main that will serve this subdivision. The developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year  warranty on the proposed water system improvements once CURRIN PLANTATION DECISION PACKET 3/16/2009 1 approved by DEH and accepted by HCDPU. : : : : Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2) business days. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait, as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance. If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Wednesday following the meeting the application was put on hold. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
