SHORT TERM:
• The Utility Contractor must schedule the final inspection with HCDPU on the water and sewer lines
installed to serve Buffalo Lakes Business Park. If a punch list is generated from the final
inspection,
then the punch list items must be completed to satisfy HCDPU requirements.
• The Utility Contractor must schedule the draw down test on the sewer lift station following the final
inspection on the water and sewer lines. If a punch list is generated from thedraw down test,
then the punch list items must be completed to satisfy HCDPU requirements.
• The PE must provide HCDPU with a complete set of As-Built Record Drawings (mylar, paper & digital
formats) on the water and sewer improvement installed to serve the Buffalo Lakes Business Park.
