The above preliminary plat has been forwarded to Harnett County Public Utilities, Harnett
County E-911, Harnett County Board of Education, Harnett County Health Department, Harnett
County Fire Marshal, NC Department of Transportation, and NC Environment and Natural
Resources for review and comments.
NC DOT has required that the developer apply for a driveway permit, a 10 ft. X 70 ft.
sight distance easement as the intersection of Marks Rd. (SR 1111), and 25 ft. right-of-
way radius at all intersections.
Harnett County E-911 has not approved road names. At the time of this report they were
awaiting new road names from the developer.
