To Whom It May Concern,
An attempt was made to evaluate your property for the purpose of issuing an Improvement Permit. The evaluation could
not be completed for one or more of the following reasons.
1. Property lines/comers not marked or labeled ($25.00 fee incurred)
2. House corners not marked or labeled ($25.00 fee incurred)
3. Directions not clear to property ($25.00 fee incurred)
4. Property needs brush or vegetation removed
5. Backhoe pits required

The problems with this lot has been caused by the bull dozer work that cut (removed soil) from the septic
area and filling of soil in other areas. Additionally, the required setbacks (50 feet) from storm ponds and
the area of suitable and useable soils for septic systems are limited. Due to those factors the following
items must be addressed before any permits can be issued:
First, 50 feet setback from storm pond - no permits can be issued until storm pond has been filled in. You
must get approval from the permitting agency before filling in storm pond. By filling in the storm pond
the 50 feet set back is removed therefore; giving me additional soil area to work with.
Second, once storm pond issues have been addressed, the house will need to be moved as shown on
attached sheet and limited to 3 bedrooms, with a foot print of no greater than 51 x 52. Drive way must be
moved to the left side of the home.
Your application will be put on hold until the selected items above have been addressed.
