BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services, Shelia Bennett; GIS/E911 Addressing; Roger Sullivan; Fire Marshal, Katherine Moore; Harnett Regional Water, Kevin Heaphy;

CALL TO ORDER: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00

BOARD INTRODUCTIONS
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
A. 185 PROGRESS DRIVE FLES SPACE DEVELOPMENT- COMMERCIAL SIT PLAN REVIEW(SITE2512-0002). No one represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services conditionally approved the plat and Katie Moore; Harnett Regional Water seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE 185 PROGRESS DRIVE FLEX SPACE DECISION PACKET)
B. LUCKNOW SOLAR FARM- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW(SITE2601-0001). Merrick Parrot, Charles, Anne Kelly represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services conditionally approved the plat and Katie Moore; Harnett Regional Water seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE THE LUCKNOW SOLAR FARM DECISION PACKET)
C. KURLY TAILS (DOG GROOMING SALON)– COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW(SITE2601-0002). Sachin Bhatia represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services made a motion to hold the plat and Katherine Moore; Harnett Regional Water seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the

D.WELLERS KNOLL PHASE II - MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2601-0014). Brett Barefoot, Will Marsh represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Katie Moore; Harnett Regional Water seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE WELLERS KNOLL PHASE II DECISION PACKET)
E. COTTON FARMS PHASE 2& 3 - MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2601-0015). Robbie, Clint Davidson, Reese represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Katie Moore; Harnett Regional Water seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE COTTON FARMS PHASE 2 & 3 DECISION PACKET)
G. BLOOM SOUTH PHASE 1- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2601-0016). William Rogers represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Sheila Bennett; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE BLOOM SOUTH PHASE 2 & 3 DECISION PACKET)
F. TRAVOLINA PINES - MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2601-0024). Phillip Pireno represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Katie Moore; Harnett Regional Water seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE TRAVOLINA PINES DECISION PACKET)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Meade Bradshaw; Development Services approved the minutes and Sheila Bennett; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion for the January 7,2026 minutes.
