Call to Order
Mr. Moody called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
The Board reviewed the minutes from February 24, 2026, Absentee Meeting. Mr. Day made a motion to
approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Ugone and carried unanimously.
Absentee Ballot Review
Mrs. Jones presented a total of 55 absentee ballots for review. Following review, Mrs. McCormick moved
Io accept 44 absentee ballots submitted with ID. Mr. Ugone seconded the motion, and it carried
unanimously.
Following review, Mr. Day made a motion to accept four absenlee ballots submitted with an ID exception
form. Mr. Ugone seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
Mrs. Jones presented six Military Overseas absentee ballots and following review, Mr. Day made a
motion to approve. Mrs. McCormick seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
Mrs. Jones presented a duplicated ballot from the previous meeting, upon which the board reviewed and
confirmed as accurate. The members completed required paperwork and inserted the accepted ballots into
the DS200 machine.
Mrs. Jones noted that the Election Day meeting will be held on March 3d, 2026 at 6:30 p.M
Adjournment
Mrs. McCormick made a motion to adjoum the meeting. Mr. Ugone seconded and the motion carried
unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 P.M
