ABSENTEE MBETING
FEBRUARY 17,2026
6:30 P.M.
Present: Board Chairrnan Danny Moody, Members: Allison Fenderson, and Russ Ugone
Staff: Director Claire Jones and Assistant Director Sarah Rathke
Call to Order
Mr. Moody'called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.rn
Approvalof Minutes
The Board reviewed the minutes frorn February 10,2026, Regular Meeting and February 10,
2026, Closed Session. Mr. Ugone made a motion to approve both sets of minutes. The motion
was seconded by Ms. Fenderson and carried unanimously.
Budget
Integru
Mrs. Jones provided a brief overview of the Integra Budget Expansion Request and discussion
ensued.
Pay Ruises
Mrs. Jones requested more time to come back to the board with further information regarding pay
raises for staff. She indicated that she is currently in communication with Human Resources
relating to the county wide compensatiorr study and cost of living increase.
Mr. Moody acknowledged the request and stated that staff can provide a presentation at the
upcomirrg rneeting on February 24,2026.
Election Day Judge List
Ms, Fenderson made a motion to approve the election day judge list, as presented. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Ugone and carried unanimously.
Mr. Moody provided t-eedback regarding early voting locations" whereupon discussion ensued.
Absentee Review
Mrs. Jones presented l4 absentee ballots for review. Following review, Mr. Ugone made a
motion to accept nine absentee ballots submitted with ID. Mr. Moody seconded the motion, and it
carried unanimously.
Following discussion and review, Mr. Ugone moved to accept five reviewed absentee ballots with
accompanying ID Exception Forms. Ms. Fenderson seconded the motion, and it carried
unanimor:sly.
The rnenrbers completed required paperwork and indicated that a totalof 32 absentee ballots have
been cast for this election.
Adjournment
Ms. Fenderson made a motiou to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Ugone seconded and the motion
carried unanimously. The meeting was adjounted at 7:18 p.m.
