CANVASS MEETING
NOVEMBER 14, 2025
6:30 P.M.
Present: Board Chairman Danny Moody, Secretary Rickie Day Members: Allison Fenderson,
Betsy McCormick, Russ Ugone and Director Claire Jones
Mr. Moody called the meeting to order at 11:00 am.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from November 13, 2025. Ms. Fenderson moved to approve
the minutes. Mr. Day seconded. Approved without dissent.
The Board reviewed the closed session minutes from November 13, 2025. Mr. Day moved to
approve the minutes. Ms. Fenderson seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
Mrs. Jones informed the Board that the precinct audits were complete, and no issue affected any
results from any precinct. Voter history matches the ballot count exactly.
The mandatory random hand -eye count was performed on November 6, by a bi-partisan team.
The hand count matches the DS200 machine count exactly.
Mrs. Jones informed the Board that there are no pending protests that would delay Canvass.
The Board reviewed the Canvass reports. Ms. Fenderson moved to approve Canvass. Mr. Ugone
seconded. Approved without dissent.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Day adjourned the meeting. Mrs. McCormick seconded.
Approved without dissent. The meeting adjourned at 11:08 am.
The next meeting of the Board will be a regular meeting on December 2, 2025 at 6:30 pm.
