HomeMy WebLinkAbout2025-49 GENERAL OBLIGATION NOND SERIES 2021 CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NORTHWEST HARNETT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROJECTORDINANCE 2025-49 GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND SERIES 2021 CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT BE IT ORDAINEP.by the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County, North Carolina, sitting as the governing board for Harnett County. Section 1. The original project ordinance, approved by the Harnett County Board of Commissioners on May 16, 2022, consisted of the allocation of bond principle and premium from the sale of the 2021 General Obligation bonds. A portion of the bond principle is being utilized for the construction of the new Northwest Harnett Elementary School Project. The remaining bond proceeds and premium from the sale of those bonds were placed into a separate project fund to be used for future remodel/renovation/upgrade projects on school facilities. Section 2.
