ABSENTEE/PROVISIONAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 13,2025

Present: Board Chairman Danny Moody, Secretary Rl*ckl'e Day Members: Allison Fenderson,
Betsy McCormick, Russ Ugone and Director Claire Jones
Mr. Moody called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from November 4, 2025. Mr.
minutes. Mr. Ugone seconded. Approved without dissent.
New Business:
There were no Absentee Ballots to approve

The Board reviewed the Provisional list. 17 Provisional ballots were returned. After extensive
research, I I was recommended not to be approved and 6 to be approved,, After some discussion
Mr. Ugone moved to approve the provisional list. Mrs. McCormick seconded. Approved wit
dissent.
Mr. Day moved to recess the meeting t
seconded. Approved without dissent.

The Board reconvened at 6:50pm, Mr. Day moved to go into closed session per l3S 143m318-511
(a) (1). Mr.

Ugone seconded. Approved without dissent. The [Board went into closed session at
Mr. Day moved to return to open session. Ms. Fenderson seconded. Approved without dissent-,
Board returned to open session at 7:40 pm.
With no further business to discuss
Approved without dissent.
