Mr. Moody called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.

Mr. Day moved to approve the minutes from November 3, 2025. Mr. Ugone seconded.

New Business:
The Board reviewed the absentee 11*st-
seconded. Approved without dissent.
Mrs., Fenderson moved to approve the ballots. Mr. Ugone
Mrs. Jones opened the Absentee DS200, the Board verified the beginniwir-Lsng total 8. The,Board
ran the 2 appabsentee frnvedy mailh ballots trough the DS200.. The boaBoardverified the nna'
number was 10 and Mrs. Jones turned the DS200 off.

Mr. Moody submitted to the Board a plan of implementation for early voting in 2()26. Mr Day

McCormick dissenting due to the lack of Sunday voting. The Plan will go to the ��tate Board of
Elections for a decision.

Harnett County "lommons Area, 309 W. Cornelius Harnett Blvd., Lillington (in lieu of the Board
of Elections Office)
Erwin Parks and Recreation Gym, 810 S. 16th St., Erwin
Angier Elementary School, 130 E. McIver St., Angier
Anderson Creek Fire Department - 6200 0verh1*11s Rd, SPring Lake, NC
Benhaven Community Center and Gymnasium - 2815 Olivia Rd, Sanford, NC
Hours for all early voting locations
Weekdays, February 12-February 27, 8:00 AM -7:30 PM
Saturdays,, February 14 and February 21, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM
Last Saturday, February 28, 8*00 AM-*- 3:00 PM
Mr. Day moved to recess the meeting to move to the Board of Elections office. lair. Ugone
seconded. Approved without dissent.
The Board reconvened at 7,*,50pm and closed the Early Voting and Absentee tabulator. The
results will be posted online.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Day moved to adjourn. Mrs. McCormick seconded.
Approved without dissent. The meeting adjourned at 7,&56 pm.,
