PRE -ELECTION ABSENTEE MEETING

Present: Board Chairman Danny Moody,, Secretary Rickie Day Members: Allison Fenderson,
Betsy McCormick, Russ Ugone and Director Claire Jones
Mr. Moody called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
Swearing In:
Russ Ugone was so in by Brian Lewis (District Court Judge).
Minutes:
Mr. Day moved to approve the minutes from October 28.. 2025, Mrs. McCormick seconded.
Approved without dissent.
New Business:

The Board reviewed the absentee list, one MIL/OVR duplicated ballot and one ballot with a
complete ID exception form. Mr. Moody moved to approve the ballots. Mr. Eay seconded.

The Board reviewed the calendar for the next two weeks.
Mr. Moody submitted to the Board a plan of implementation for early voting in � 026. The Board
will discuss it at the next meeting.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Day moved to adjourn. Mrs. McCormick seconded.
Approved without dissent. The meeting adjourned a t 6:57 pm.
