Present: Board Chairman Danny Moody, Secretary Rl*ckie Day Members: Allison Fenderson,
Betsy McCormick, and Director Claire Jones
Mr. Moody called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.

The Board reviewed the absentee list and two MIL/OVR duplicated ballots. Mrs.
moved to approve the ballots. Mr. Day seconded. Approved without dissent.
McCormick
Mrs. Jones opened the Absentee DS200, the Board verified the beginning total v.ras zero. The
Board ran the 3 approved absentee by mail ballots through the DS200. The Board verified the
final number was 3 and Mrs. Jones turned the DS200 off.
With no further business to discuss, Mrs. McCormick moved to adjourn. Ms. Fenderson
seconded. Approved without dissent. the meeting adjourned at 6.58 P.M.
The next meeting of the Board will be a Pre-ElectiDon Absentee Meeting November 3, 2025
6:30 pm and/or the Election Day meeting November 4, 2025 at 6.30pm.,
