CANVASS MEETING
OCTOBER 14, 2025
6:30 P.M.
Present,: Board Chairman Danny Moody, Secretary Rl*ckl*e Day (Via Phone) Members: Allison
Fenderson, Betsy McCormick, and Director Claire Jones
Mr. Moody called the meeting to order at 11:00 am.

Mrs. Jones informed the Board that the precinct audits were complete, and ni,113 issue affected any
results from any precinct. Voter history matches the ballot count exactly.
The mandatory random hand -eye count was Performed on October 10, by a bi-p;irtisan team. The
hand count matches the IS200 machine count exactly.
Mrs. Jones informed the Board that there are no pending protests that would delay Canvass.
The Board reviewed the Canvass reports. Ms. Fenderson moved to approve Canvass. Mrs.
McCormick seconded. Approved without dissent.
With no further business to discuss!, Mr. Moody adjourned the meeting. The met2ling adjourned
at 11:07 am.
The Absentee meeting for tonight is cancelled due to lack of business. The next ineeti
Board will be an absentee meeting on October 21, 2025 at 6:30 pm.
