AFTER INITIAL INSTALLATION, THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY UPON WHICH THE LANDSCAPING IS INSTALLED SHALL MAINTAIN ALL REQUIRED PLANTINGS IN A HEALTHY, VIGOROUS AND ATTRACTIVE STATE. 4.ALL REQUIRED PLANT MATERIAL SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A HEALTHY, GROWING CONDITION AS IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE SEASON. PLANT MATERIALS WHICH EXHIBIT EVIDENCE OF INSECT PESTS, DISEASE AND/OR DAMAGE SHALL BE APPROPRIATELY TREATED.
