If these are all intended to be recorded at the same time, I’d recommend merging Phases 1 and 2 together and recording them on the same sheet.
The “Development Review Board Chairman” certificate is not needed for Lee County. We have no such person/position.

I would suggest they look at: Deed reference on 9557-48-2454-00, should be Lee County.
Otherwise, all is good for Lee County Review Officer.
