Mr. Sikes,
On behalf of DRB Group, we would like to respectfully submit the estimated surety amount below for
your review and approval. The estimated amount reflects the total construction costs for infrastructure
still required for Honeycutt Hills to meet substantial completion in accordance with the approved
construction documents.

The approved amount will be posted by DRG Group prior to final plat recordation. Please note that
paving and utility infrastructure are near completion and subject to final inspection. Upon final
acceptance, as-builts will be submitted to Harnett County, Harnett Regional Water, NCDOT, and
NCDEQ Public Water Supply.
