Please find the DRC comments listed below with our response provided in bold. Engineering, Bill Dreitzler 1. Reshape, seed and mulch the shoulders along Nector Drive. a. Improvements completed. 2. Re-grade the north side ditch line along Nector Drive for positive drainage. Holding water. a. Improvements completed. Fire, Leslie Jackson 1. Approved. a. Thank you. Harnett Regional Water, Rudy Wells 1. Complete the HRW Final Checklist in accordance with Sections 3.5.3, 3.5.4, and 3.5.5 of Harnett Regional Water standard specifications. a. Response: Provided to HRW in October 2022. 2. The utility mains that will serve the proposed subdivision must be approved by HRW and NCDEQ before the developer can record the final plat. a. Response: HRW and NCDEQ both have issued approvals and certifications to date (NCDEQ DEH 07-01917; Certified by Engineer and HRW October 2022] (NCDEQ WQ0031803; Certified by Engineer and HRW in October 2022] 3. Show sanitary sewer easement on lot 71 and adjust lot setback lines if applicable. a. Utility easement added to lot 71. 4. The final plat and the As-Built Record Drawings location of utilities should coincide. The As-Built Record Drawings and PE certifications must be submitted to HRW for review before the final plat can be recorded. a. Response: As-builts were completed in Summer of 2022 and approved as indicated above. 5. The Developer must provide HRW a Cost Statement indicating the cost to install the utilities (materials and labor) that will serve the subdivision. a. Response: Wellons Construction provided the utility costs of water: $84,764.00 and sewer: $113,214.75 on March 15 email to Katherine Moore with HRW. 6. The developer and the utility contractor must provide HRW with a one (1) year warranty on the utility system improvements installed to serve the lots in the proposed subdivision. a.
