I cannot make specific recommendations. However, I would urge you to look at findings of fact that the board must make determinations on (this can be found on the application). The board
must be able to make determinations in the affirmative for the special use permit request to pass. Any factual evidence you believe is necessary for the board to see; you would be prepared
to present the night of the case.
