the rezoning application. Darius and Angelo must also sign the application if they have ownership in the property. My confusion is that, according to the deed, Kelley is the sole owner.
I need some clarification on these matters before I can advise you as to what additional documentation is needed, please. The use of Kelly and Kelley was an administrative oversight.
It has been corrected. I will ensure all names on application and affidavit for Kelley are accurate and match. The reason for all three to sign the PSA are due to vested marital rights
(is my understanding). Angelo has a vested interest as they were married when the property was acquired/conveyed to Kelley. Angelo now has a vested marital right in the property as
they are currently married (the whole 1 to buy 2 to sale rule). I will have both Darius and Angelo sign (docusign) the application when I update Kelley's information and have her resign.
Based on that clarification, what additional information will be needed.

and the plat book and page number must be updated after the map has been recorded. The map was recorded on Friday afternoon. I will follow up with GIS about updating when to expect
the database to be updated. However, in my experience, there is usually some lag time between the GIS catching up. Attached is the recorded map with deed book and page number in the
bottom right corner. I will be sure to update the application to reflect.

3. Please explain the “FKA”/ ownership situation. Was Kelly Hasapis a different person than Kelley Inez Marsh? GIS records still indicate that Kelly Hasapis is the sole owner of the
property. More documentation will likely be required. Kelley Hasapis is the same person as Kelley Inez Marsh. Ms. Marsh was divorced and remarried. I used the names as they appeared
in the Purchase Sale Agreement. Attached is a redacted copy PSA. Please let me know what additional documentation will be required for our application and I will begin compiling the
necessary documentation.

A new deed was not recorded with the recombination plat as ownership did not change. I will update the application to ensure all deed references and recorded deeds are listed.

attachments. This was an oversight as I had drafted the answer to this question on a word document. We will be sure to submit when resubmitting our application.

Please be advised that this is a preliminary review and these comments are subject to change. The emailed documents do not constitute a formal submittal of the zoning change application.
I have included our Planning Technician, Theresa Jones on this email, as she is the member of staff who accepts department applications. Ms. Jones will require either that a hard copy
of the completed application with original signatures (Docusign is acceptable) and payment is received. Once Ms. Jones reviews the application, department staff will convene to determine
application completeness and to set the Planning Board agenda. The applicant will be notified once the agenda has been set.
So that you are aware, the next Planning Board application deadline is October 6, 2025 for the November 3, 2025 Planning Board meeting.
