Staff has conducted a preliminary review of the rezoning application and has the following comments:
1. The owner’s name to “B and B Land Holdings LLC”. Ron Burgess’ name can remain on the application.
2. The survey submitted with the application states that the property is 6.259 acres, however the application states 6.257. Please correct this information on the application.
3. Have you or the property owner discussed potentially connecting to the Town of Lillington’s sewer line in the vicinity?
4. The signatures do not appear to be original. Please verify.
Please be advised that a hearing date for the application will be set after staff convenes to set the agenda for the October 6, 2025 Planning Board meeting. It is possible that more
information and other revisions to the application could be requested.
