Present: Board Chairman Dan Moody, Secretary Ricki'De Day, Members: Allison Fenderson,
Dewayne Lee,, Betsy McCormick, and Director Claire Jones

Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from August 19 and August 25, 2025. Mr. Lee moved to
approve the minutes. Mr. Day seconded., Approved without dissent.
Old Business:
Mr. Moody moved to appoint Vincent Presley as Chief Judge of East Averasboro (GS 163-64 1 (d))

Mr. Moody moved for the Board to formulate a plan for implementation with the purpose of
removal oi Early voting from all Harnett County Schools and establishing different Earl Voting

sites. Mr. Day Seconded. After discussion the vote was 3-2, with Ms. Fenderson arid Mrs.
McCormick dissenting.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Day moved to adjourn. Mr. Lee seconded. Approved
without dissent.
The next meeting of the Board will be an absentee meeting September 9, 2025 at 6-4,30 pm.
