On October 13, 2025, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment denied a variance request from the required 1.5 parking spaces per bedroom + 1 space per bedroom for units exceeding 2 bedrooms
in the RA-20R & Conservation zoning district located on the property identified as PIN #0508-41-0412.000 & 0508-41-7271.000.
In accordance with N.C.G.S. 160D-1402, a petitioner who has standing and desires to challenge the decision of the Board of Adjustment must file a petition for writ of certiorari with
the Harnett County Superior Court. The filing must be submitted to the clerk of superior court no later than 30 days from the date of the decision.
