On October 13, 2025, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved a non-residential special use permit for Gunsmithing / Without Associated Test Fire Berm in the RA-30 zoning district
located on the property identified as PIN #0663-61-6021.000. The Board granted the special use permit without any additional conditions added to the regulatory development requirements.
