Ms. Fenderson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p with a moment of silence and Pledge of
Allegiance.

Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from May 06, 2025 Mr. McNutt moved to a-pl)rove the
minutes. Mr. Cu '*n seconded. Approved without dissent.

Mrs. Jones proNrided the Board with updates on the following matters:
• Fiscal year 2025 budget
• Preparations for the upcoming municipal elections
• Recent approval by the state board regarding changes to voting precincts
Nft-- Mrs,, Jones presented appreciation plaques to the Board members in recognition of their service.
With no further business to discuss, Mr., McNutt moved to adjourn. Mr. Cu n seconded.
Approved without dissent. The meeting adjourned at S:l 3 pm.
The next meeting of the Board will be July 22, 2025, toSwear in the new board members.embers.,
