County Sheriff’s Department shall be notified 48 hours before any event • Commercial grade trash dumpsters must be on site to accommodate any waste generated by the event, dumpsters
must have opaque screening, all waste generated by the event must be removed from the property within 72 hours of the conclusion of the event • Where permanent restroom facilities are
not available or insufficient to meet demand, event organizers shall provide temporary restroom facilities based on the rated occupant load or expected attendance at the event in accordance
with the standards of the NC Building Code • When the attendance at the event is expected to exceed 1,000 people, the event sponsor shall provide crowd managers as outlined in the North
Carolina Fire Code
