Good morning. Please see SNIA application attached. We would like to pull the special use application for Boone Trail Café from the June BOA agenda and move it to the July BOA agenda
so both the SUP and SNIA applications can be heard on the same day. Happy to send in a separate email if needed.

Brian,
Thank you for keeping us informed. We will be on the look out for the SNIA application.
To clarify, the application for the special use permit may remain on the June BOA agenda, or you may pull the application and take it to the July BOA with the SNIA application, depending
on your preference. If your preference is to take both applications before the July BOA, please send an e-mail requesting that staff pull the application from the June agenda.
The Watershed Board uses the following criteria to evaluate SNIA requests:
-Minimized built-upon area
-Direct stormwater away from surface waters
-Incorporate best management practices to minimize water quality impacts.
No more than 70% impervious surface area may be granted by the Board.

We have decided to submit the SNIA application for the Watershed Board so both can be heard on July 8th. We will submit the application asap.
Are there any thresholds we need to be concerned with when filling out the application? IE- more than 10% over, etc?
