2. BOA2310-0003. Richard & Sarah Lukaszuk. A U-Haul Rental Facility in an RA-20R &
Conservation Zoning District; Pin # 9577-13-8004.000; 10.10 acres; Barbecue Township;
SR# 1320 (Milton Welch Road).
3. BOA2311-0001. Buckhorn Farms of NC, LLC / Padmavathi Pallela. A Youth

Variance

requesting a variance of 26 feet from the front setback requirement of 70 feet.

9672.000; Upper Little River Township; Off SR # 1280 McArthur Road (on Fox Hunters
Lane).
5. BOA2310-0002. SJF Holdings, LLC / Clyde Faircloth, Jr. . Applicant is requesting a
variance of 8 feet from the side setback requirement of 10 feet and 23 feet from the rear
setback requirement of 25 feet. Specifically, the Harnett County Unified Development
Ordinance, Article VI, Section 3.0 A, “Accessory Structures”; RA-30 Zoning District; 1.5
acres; PIN # 9691-33-4886.000; Upper Little River Township; US Hwy 421 North.
