(Benson Road). The applicant requests an exception from the Minor Subdivision
‘three year rule’. On October 13, 2021, one lot was created on this tract of land.
Now, the new owner wishes to create one new lot .810 acres for family to live
beside them. This division will leave a residual tract that could further be
developed. Article III, Sect 8.2.1 D “3-Year Minor Subdivision Rule” of the
Harnett County Unified Development Ordinance.
