Site Description: The subject property is a large parcel used for agricultural purposes and a single-family homesite.
Surrounding Land Uses: Surrounding land uses include agricultural uses, single-family homesites, and a religious institution.
Background: The property has two zoning designations, RA-30 and RA-20R. An +/- 73 acre section of the property is in the RA-30 zoning district, and the remaining +/- 22 acre portion
is located within the RA-20R zoning district.
A majority of the property is identified as Agricultural on the future land use map with a small section designated Environmentally Sensitive Areas in the southern portion, which contains
wetlands areas and 100-year flood plain surrounding a traversing branch and the nearby Upper Little River.
