Surrounding Land Uses: Surrounding land uses include agricultural uses, single-family homesites, and a religious institution. Background: The property has two zoning designations, RA-30 and RA-20R. An +/- 73 acre section of the property is in the RA-30 zoning district, and the remaining +/- 22 acre portion is located within the RA-20R zoning district.
