To Whom it May Concern,
We are proposing to rezone a portion of 190 McArthur Road, Broadway, NC 27505
(Property PIN: 9681-93-0580.000) from RA-30 (single family residential and agricultural
district) to Commercial. The 22.02 acre parcel is located at the southwestern quadrant
of the intersection of US HWY 421 and McArthur Road and is split by Rosser Pittman
Road. We are proposing to rezone the portion North of Rosser Pittman Road only,
which is approximately 7.52 acres. The zoning change is requested by Circle K Stores,
Inc. who would like to propose a convenience store, gas pumps, parking and associated
utilities. We met with Harnett County Staff for a preapplication meeting on January 19th,
2023 to discuss our proposed plan.
