Dear Property Owners,
On January 10, 2022, the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved the non-residential special use permit for Junkyard Activities located on the property identified as PIN #s 1515-42-2598.0000
with the following conditions:
The access to the property must be a gated entrance and shall be located in a manner as to provide for traffic stacking of vehicles off the public highway.
The entrance that provides ingress and egress to the property shall be improved with a hard surface.
In order to validate this approval, you must obtain all required developmental permits as well as consent and adhere to the conditions placed on the approved special use permit. This
document must be signed and submitted to Harnett County Planning Department in order to continue your development process (please see the reverse side of this letter). Please continue
to work with the Harnett County Planning Department to obtain commercial site plan approval.
Please be advised that the special use permit is valid for a period of two years from the date of approval. If no action is taken before January 10, 2024, the special use permit will
become invalid.
